7. Product Authenticity
Sellers must list genuine and lawful products.
Counterfeit, fake, stolen, unlawfully obtained or misleadingly represented products are not permitted on the BuyForKart marketplace.
BuyForKart may investigate credible complaints and may take appropriate action against violating listings or seller accounts.
8. Product Pricing
Prices displayed on BuyForKart may change from time to time.
The applicable amount payable will generally be displayed before order confirmation.
Depending on the product and transaction, the final amount may include:

BuyForKart or a seller may correct genuine technical, pricing or listing errors where permitted by applicable law.
9. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product.
An order may be subject to availability, payment confirmation, seller acceptance and other applicable conditions.
BuyForKart or the relevant seller may cancel an order in legitimate circumstances including:

- Seller unable to fulfil the order

- Suspected fraudulent activity

- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where applicable, amounts already paid for a cancelled order will be processed for refund according to the applicable refund policy.

BuyForKart may restrict COD availability because of operational limitations, repeated failed deliveries, suspected abuse or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
