Customer Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A customer may request cancellation of an order through the available order\/account interface or by contacting BuyForKart support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation is generally easier before the order has been processed or dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Before Order Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a cancellation request is received before the seller or BuyForKart has started processing the order, the order may generally be cancelled, subject to applicable conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. After Order Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may be restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the order status, the customer may instead need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refuse delivery where appropriate; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive the product and raise an eligible return request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should not deliberately damage or misuse a product in order to obtain a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. After Dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where cancellation is unavailable, customers may use the applicable return process after delivery if the product is eligible for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please refer to the <strong>BuyForKart Return &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong> for applicable return conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivered Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has been delivered, it cannot normally be treated as a simple cancellation request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product is eligible for return, replacement or refund, the customer should raise a request under the applicable Return &amp; Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cash on Delivery Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For COD orders, customers may request cancellation before dispatch where cancellation is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a COD order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through the normal cancellation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without a valid reason may be reviewed by BuyForKart in accordance with applicable terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Prepaid Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For prepaid orders, an eligible refund may be initiated when the cancellation is successfully processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund method and processing time may depend on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment service provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicable refund process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cancellation by BuyForKart or Seller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BuyForKart or the concerned seller may cancel an order in circumstances such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product unavailable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inventory error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing or listing error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seller unable to fulfil the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery unavailable to the provided location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment failure or authorization issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected fraudulent activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer information cannot be verified where necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product withdrawn from sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal or regulatory restriction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational or technical reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other circumstances permitted under applicable law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by BuyForKart or the seller, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment\/refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Pricing or Listing Errors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BuyForKart and its sellers make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a significant technical or listing error results in an incorrect price or product information, the order may be reviewed and, where appropriate, cancelled subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers will not be charged for a cancelled order that has not been successfully processed for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If payment has already been received for an order that is subsequently cancelled, the applicable amount will be handled according to the refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Cancellation of Part of an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an order contains multiple products, customers may be able to cancel individual products before fulfilment, depending on the order system and product status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If partial cancellation is not technically available, customers may need to contact support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. COD Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a COD order requires a refund, BuyForKart may request appropriate bank account or other payment information from the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for providing correct refund details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
